We are offering a career-defining role where your strategic vision, legal expertise, and leadership skills will drive a growing TPD practice to new heights. With national expansion on the horizon, this is your chance to create something extraordinary.
A financial interest in the venture is available based on performance.
About Us
Our specialised firm was established to serve the needs of Australians when faced with personal injury. A major part of our work is maximising Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) benefits for clients who are unable to work due to illness or injury.
Most Australians have TPD insurance within their superannuation, yet many are unaware of their entitlements when life takes an unexpected turn. That is where we step in.
With over 40 years of experience, our team has successfully managed countless insurance claims, developing an in-depth understanding of TPD benefits, superannuation insurance, and compensation law. Now, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive this practice area forward.
Your Role
As a Lawyer & Business Manager, you will take full ownership of our TPD practice area, with the support of an experienced legal team and stakeholders. You will:
- Practice Management: Oversee the daily operations of the TPD practice, implement strategic business initiatives, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Performance: Develop and execute financial strategies to optimise revenue, manage costs effectively, and achieve business growth targets.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all claims and processes align with legislative requirements and industry best practices.
- Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth, enhance operational efficiencies, and monitor market trends to position the practice for national expansion.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing legal team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders to enhance the firm’s reputation and influence.
You will have the freedom and autonomy to shape this practice area your way, with financial rewards directly linked to performance.
